What happens when beta ends?
Early teams are notified first, well before billing starts, and keep a locked-in rate as a thank-you for building with us. New accounts start with a 20 day free trial, then OMR 3.9 per seat per month, or OMR 3.51 billed annually.
How does billing work?
By default the company gets one invoice covering every seat, and an admin manages who is on it. Individuals and small teams can pay for their own seats instead. Billing is monthly or annual, launching with Thawani Pay.
Is there a seat minimum?
No. Start with one seat and add people whenever you need to.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your records to CSV at any time, during beta and after.
Is my data in Oman?
Today Sajel runs on dedicated infrastructure, and an Oman private cloud is on the roadmap, aligned with Oman's PDPL (Royal Decree 6/2022). Read more in our security overview.
